At Crist Fragances, we want you to be completely satisfied with your signature scent. If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return window for unopened and unused products in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the unused fragrance in its original luxury box and secure it within a sturdy shipping carton to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship to Our Studio

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring you keep a copy of the tracking receipt.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
